Training List



TRAIN TRACKā„¢ allows users to list all of their trainings, assign required trainings to employees, and track training completion data. Trainings can be viewed as a list, allowing users to easily scroll through the records to find a training. From the list, users can select a training and click on it to open it in detail view.


View List

To view the list of trainings, select Training > View/Edit from the navigation bar. The Training List screen will open. This screen displays a list of all available trainings.


The following fields are included:

  1. Training Name
  2. Number
  3. Revision
  4. Type
  5. Status
  6. Renew In (number of months until training expires)
  7. Exam? (Is an exam required?)
  8. Hour


By default, the records are sorted alphabetically by training name. To sort by another column, click on the column heading. Click again to sort in descending order.



25 records are displayed per page. To move to a different page in the recordset, click the navigation links at the top of the screen. The location within the recordset and the total number of records are displayed next to the navigation links.


Filter by Status

You may filter the list by status. By default, only the "Active" trainings are displayed. To view "Inactive" trainings, select Inactive in the "Select status to show" box at the bottom of the screen, and click Go.


Open Detail Record

To open the detail record, select a training from the list and click on the training title. The training detail screen will open.
