Departments

 

Department List

The Department List screen displays a list of all departments.

 

To add a new department, follow these steps:

1. Open the Department List screen.

2. Type the name of the department into the Add Department field.

3. Click Add.

Note: You must be a standard or administrator user to add a department.

To view the Department Detail screen, click on the Department name.

Department Details

The Department Detail screen displays the name of the department, required trainings for the department, and employees assigned to the department. To navigate through records, use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen.

 

To edit the department, edit the record and click Save.

To delete a department, follow these steps:

1. Open the Department Detail screen.

2. Click Delete Department. The delete department screen will open.

3. Click Delete.

Note: You must be a standard or administrator user to delete a department.
